Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Ship items back within 30 days of delivery
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on any defective or damaged product. Any cat product found to have a defect will be replaced with the same product. And the amount will not be returned.
If you have any issues with your order or if you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us via email email@example.com with photos of the damaged item, as well as the inside/outside of the box before you proceed. We will do our best to resolve these issues as quickly as possible.
Do not fix the furniture. This can affect the product’s eligibility for return or replacement.
Keep your parcel and packaging materials until furniture is fully installed and you are sure there are no issues.
No refunds are available on personalized items. Please inspect goods IMMEDIATELY. Any defects or damages must be reported within 14 business days of the delivery date.
